Kareem received his Nevada broker-sales license in 2008, at the height of the real estate crash. He quickly realized that there was a need for competent real estate agents to handle the complexities of short sale negotiations. Since then, Kareem has not only negotiated millions of dollars worth of residential real estate, but he has also helped families start over without any financial burden from mortgage companies. Kareem has always made his clients' best interests his top priority.
